A day of meditation practice as a community: dwelling, contemplating and relaxing into silence. For those new to meditation, this day will be a perfect introduction, and for those already established in their practice you will have the opportunity to nourish it further.
The schedule is from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The sessions will include periods of sitting and walking, a Dharma talk, anda vegetarian lunch, at the end there will be time for group sharing.
