In this retreat we will focus on bringing our zazen practice into every day tasks while strengthening our ability to be in community with others.
During the retreat we will practice sitting (zazen) and walking (kinhin) meditation, hear Dharma talks, and build trusting community through sharing circles. We will enjoy meals and samu (work practice) together, and Qigong will be offered outside each morning. Personal interviews with the teacher, rest times and opportunities for enjoying the rural landscape will be incorporated into the daily schedule. Meditation instruction will be available for those who are new to practice.
