“1/2 Day of Zen Meditation (Zazen)" is a great opportunity to begin building practice, and a time to connect with community.
We start at 9 AM and continue until 1 PM. We have several periods of sitting practice, incorporating kinhin, better known as walking meditation. We also integrate "samu," work practice, to cultivate mindfulness in our everyday lives. Finally, we finish with a Dharma talk and a sharing circle. Please sign up
