Please come to join us!.  Right here is the schedule of the day. 

  • 9:30 am Gate of Sweet Nectar (chanting service)

  • 9:50 Zazen (seated meditation)

  • 10:15 Kinhin (walking meditation)

  • 10:25 Zazen

  • 10:50 Break

  • 11:00 am – noon Dharma talk by one of our teachers or senior students.

For New Comers: A Zen Meditation Instruction (ZMI) introductory class will run concurrently from 10:00AM – 10:50 AM in the Buddha Hall.

This weekly instruction will familiarize new students with the basics of sitting practice. After attending this class, you are welcome to begin sitting in the zendo at the regularly scheduled times. No need to make a reservation, just show up!
