We will be hosting a daylong period of meditation from 8:30 AM till 8:30 PM.at Sweet Water Zen Center. This daylong silent practice will provide us with a deep experience of uninterrupted meditation. We will do sitting meditation (Zazen), walking meditation, and a Dharma talk. Private interview with Sensei Shinzan will also be available. This daylong mediation period is a great opportunity to become familiar with Zen meditation and form. Additionally, It will provide a glimpse of an intensive mediation retreat, better known as “Sesshin.” Lunch and dinner will be provided.
