Every Monday 4 vows Sangha (Community) gathers to practice Zazen (Zen meditation) and afterwards Sensei or senior student give a brief talk on the zen teachings, how we can manifest this ancient teachings in our everyday life, how we are waking up from our ignorance, greed, hate to live a more harmonious, compassionate and wisely life. This time is so great for people like to explore and to know about Zen practice, at the end there is a time for questions and comments. We are sitting at Sweetwater Zen Center in the Yurt.
