Spring Practice Period 2024 in Upaya Zen Center

March 11,2024 - April 5, 2024

During this Spring Practice Period we will study the teachings of Vasubandhu, the great Fourth Century philosopher who brought us the philosophy and practices of Yogacara. 

We will approach these teachings from a practitioner’s viewpoint, examining how the teachings and view of “consciousness only” can support us in compassionate engagement with our moment to moment experience.
